    I don't understand negative reviews to Shtrikh. For me it’s a normal device, it works quickly. It punches the checks without freezing and does not slow down. Convenient in itself, you can’t classify it as junk, that’s for sure.

    Narimanov Evgeniy

    and we have no complaints about Shtrikh at all. The fact that the manufacturer has an official website already says a lot. We have been using Shtrikh for a long time, it always issues checks regularly, and there are no problems with data transfer either. Regarding the support service and complaints about it, we always write to the email indicated there - we receive a response within 24 hours. Well, if something is critical, then you need to contact the control center. The support service will not resolve the issue promptly, I agree with this.

    There is one good word for cash registers produced by the ShTRIKH-M company - “scrap”. I don’t understand at all HOW in a world of fierce competition between high-tech companies these “calculators” can exist... I bought Atol - also, of course, “not a space” in terms of performance, but it copes with its function.

    Ignat

    Igor, you ask for advice on something worthwhile, but you don’t give any introductory information about your business. Do you have an LLC or an individual entrepreneur, what is the flow of clients, in what area of your business. You say that the problems have not changed, but you don’t specify with what - with the battery, with the interface? It's difficult to advise something out of thin air.

    Elena

    Hope, online cash registers for a small store are not the only necessary equipment; sooner or later you may need both a barcode scanner and software for trade automation. For models from Shtrikh, you can pay attention to ELVES-MF, Shtrikh-MPEY-F, Smart terminals Shtrikh-SMARTPOS-F. Each of these models has the ability to connect other equipment that you may need (for example, a scanner). They are convenient to use, but everyone must form their own opinion: what is good for one person is completely unsatisfactory for another.

    Igor

    The company has been on the market for many years and has worthy clients in its portfolio, but I have not yet formed a clear opinion about the manufacturer.
    For starters, they have weak batteries. Ours died almost a year later, we had to use a wire. The interface is also not the simplest. Then they gradually switched to Elwes-MF. The problems have not changed. When you need to reconfigure something, you spend half the day on it.
    Can anyone recommend something worthwhile?

    Hope

    I have a small stationery store. Tell me, which model of the Shtrikh-M cash register is right for me? How easy are these cash registers to use? How clear is the interface? How often do any failures or breakdowns occur? I would like to hear feedback from those who use the cash registers of this company. Thank you.

    Vladimir.

    I don't understand the point of creating a website. Let's say I have some problem with Stroke, what can I find there? Isn't it easier to CALL the service center immediately and get help remotely? I don’t think that the time spent searching for an answer on the site will be less than 5 minutes of a call. Plus, a website is additional resources, human, financial, etc. It seems that the site simply duplicates the work of the CTO officers. And yes, the answers on the site are slow, yesterday I asked a question in the morning, I received an answer at lunchtime.

    • Oksana

      I don't really like Shtrikh's support service either. I repeatedly wrote my questions to the forum, but remained unanswered. So there is an obvious minus in the piggy bank. Now I’m using Shtrikh M Smartpos F, overall I’m happy with it. But sometimes you want to get additional advice from the manufacturer. And in response - silence.

    Igor

    I've crawled the entire site, but I can't understand what the differences are between the versions of the software Shtrikh-M: Trading enterprise Prof from the software Shtrikh-M: Trading enterprise Base and from the software Shtrikh-M Retail? It’s also interesting to find out on the site how long it takes for the Stroke people to answer questions? And I heard about video tutorials. As I now understand, these lessons will be taught on this site. I wonder if they are paid? And what's the fee? What is needed to pass the lessons?

    • Tatiana

      Igor,
      As stated on the manufacturer’s website, the Shtrikh-M: Trading Enterprise Base configuration has the same capabilities as the Prof version. The difference is that it is designed for one user. Try looking at the Prof configuration options in its description. Perhaps you will find a more detailed answer to this question there.
      How do you like Shtrikh at work? Are you satisfied or are there any shortcomings?

Upgrading Shtrikh cash registers to the online version is done using a modernization kit, which includes:

  1. The modernization device (UM) is a special board that connects to the main board of the cash register and takes over control of the cash register. Connects to the mind fiscal storage and one of the data transmission channels in the OFD (Ethernet, RNDIS, Wi-Fi). The UM is universal and suitable for all Shtrikh CCPs.
  2. Passport for the modernized cash register;
  3. Nameplate with the serial number and name of the cash register;
  4. Cable for connecting the PA to the main board of the KKT;
  5. Cables for connecting the PA to the Internet (Ethernet or USB).
For modernization KKT Shtrikh-FR-K Before the online version you will need the following:
  1. Computer (laptop);
  2. AVR programmer;
  3. Modernization kit for Shtrikh-M cash registers (photo above);
  4. Fiscal storage;
  5. COM cable for Shtrikh-FR-K (with COM-USB adapter cable);
  6. USB cable (to connect the programmer to a computer);
  7. Screwdrivers (phillips and flathead);
  8. Drill with metal drill (d=10 mm);
  9. Program FR driver test Hatch;
  10. Program Atmel Studio 7.0;
  11. Firmware file for the Shtrikh-FR-K system board;

Note 1. After modernization, the CCP will be named Shtrikh-FR-01F(instead of Shtrikh-FR-K) and a new serial number. Under this name and number, the cash register will be listed in the tax service register upon registration.

Note 2. Before starting the modernization, you need to make sure that the cash register is deregistered with the tax authorities. To deregister old cash registers with the tax office, you must print out fiscal reports for the period of operation of the cash register and submit it to the tax service along with an application for deregistration. After modernization, this will no longer be possible.

Note 3. Before starting the modernization, you need to make sure that the fiscal registrar Shtrikh-FR-K is in good working order and is functioning normally. To do this, you need to connect it to your computer and use the program FR driver test Touch to check its functionality.

The procedure for upgrading Shtrikh-FR-K:

1. Disconnect the power supply and all cables connected to the cash register. Remove the two top covers.

2. Pull out the receipt tape and disconnect the transaction journal winder (the reel on which paper is wound) from the second compartment.

3. Unscrew the 4 screws that secure the plastic casing of the cash register to the metal base.

4. Lay the cash register on its side, use a flat screwdriver to bend the side latches of the case and disconnect the upper plastic case of the device.

5. Disconnect the ECLZ and remove the flexible drive from the second printing device.

6. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the plate with the winder gears.

7. Unscrew the two screws securing the second printing device. It will no longer be needed to operate the cash register.

Note. Do not throw away the removed “signet”. It will be needed for replacement if the first “signet” breaks.

8. Unscrew the two screws in the bottom cover of the case and disconnect the bottom cover.

9. Disconnect all cables from the system board.

10. Unscrew the two screws securing the fiscal memory unit and disconnect it.

11. Set the system board aside. Take a drill and drill a hole in the metal base of the cash register, approximately in the location shown in the picture. This hole is required for an Ethernet cable.

Advice. It is better to first drill a hole with a small diameter drill, and then widen it with a 10 mm drill.

12. The walls of the hole can be sanded with sandpaper to smooth out the burrs.

13. Make sure that the power switch on the cash register board is turned off. Connect the power supply to the board and plug into the network. Connect the programmer to the KKT board, and the programmer itself using USB cable connect to your computer.

Important! The connectors for connecting the programmer and the fiscal memory unit are the same. They can be easily confused. The connector for the programmer is located next to the COM port connector (shown in red in the figure).

After you have made sure that the programmer is connected to the correct connector, turn on the power on the board using the switch.
14. Run the program on your computer Atmel Studio 7.0. In the main menu of the program, select " Device Programming".

15. Specify the settings as shown in the photo, and then press the buttons one by one Apply" (1), " Read"(2) and second button" Read" (3). The program must read the device signature and show output voltage. If this does not happen, check the connection of the programmer to system board KKT.

16. On the left menu, select " Memories". In the program window, select the location of the firmware file (1) and click the button " Program" (2).

17. The system board firmware process will start. The green status bar at the bottom of the program will inform you about the progress of the operation.

18. If the firmware is successfully completed, the following messages will appear on the left, at the bottom of the program:

- Programming Flash...OK
- Programming verifying...OK

19. After flashing the microcontroller, you additionally need to flash the fuses. To do this, select " Fuses".
Uncheck the box " M103C", mark the remaining points as in the photo below. To launch the firmware, press the button " Program".
After the message " Verify registers...OK"- turn off the board's power using the switch and close the program.

20. Install the fiscal drive into the upgrade device.

21. Attach the modernization device to the site where the ECLZ was previously located. Insert the Ethernet cable into the drilled hole through the safety sleeve. Connect the Ethernet cable and the interface cable to the upgrade device.

Important! Make sure that the cables from the PA do not pass over the hole where the housing mounting screw is screwed. Otherwise, some wire may be damaged.

22. Connect the second end of the interface cable from the PA to the connector on the system board (highlighted in red in the figure).

Note. The interface cable included in the upgrade kit may be short. In our case, we had to extend the cable.

23. Connect the remaining cables to the connectors on the system board.

24. Next, it is recommended to check the functionality of the cash register. To do this, without assembling the device body, insert the paper into the printing device, connect the power supply to the device, and connect the device itself to the computer using a COM cable. After this, turn on the power to the fiscal recorder.

25. Run the program on your computer " FR driver test". At the bottom of the program window, click the button " Setting properties".

26. In the window that appears, click the button " Search for equipment".

27. Click the " button Begin". The registrar must decide on the name " SHTRIH-FR-01F". Click on the line with the name twice with the left mouse button.

28. When you press the " Check connection"You can see that the recorder does not have a serial number. Press the button" OK".

29. To enter the serial number, select " Service". Enter the serial number (located in the KKT passport or on the nameplate) and press the button " Write down".

30. For stable operation of the cash register, it is recommended to update the firmware of the modernization device, since at the time of modernization it might already be out of date. To check the UM software version, select " State" and click the " button Long request".

31. Turn off the recorder and remove the paper. Reassemble the housing and tighten all mounting screws. Fiscal registrar under a new name " Shtrikh-FR-01F"ready to work online."

P.S.: Don’t forget to stick on a new nameplate with the serial number of the KKT.

Shtrikh-FR-K, “stump” modification

Introduction. There is such a wonderful cash register - Shtrikh-FR-K with a simply huge service life. But the KKM has one serious drawback: it has non-standard dimensions, namely, a large length, for which it received the nickname “log”. However, another modification is common among central service mechanics - the “stump”. Despite the apparent major rework, the “stump” is done quite simply and quickly, and after modification, the scope of application expands significantly.
Task. Receive ASPD/CHPM of small dimensions with high level reliability, low price and Barcode protocol.
Implementation.
Locksmith work.
The body is sawn in two stages, first the plastic, assembled into a single body along with the covers, then the iron is separated. Moreover, the iron is cut in such a way that the plastic of the body is longer than the iron base. In this case, two threaded holes should remain on the iron base; they will be useful later.

We cut off the iron so that there is a gap 1, and at the same time there are threaded holes 2.

The photo above shows a defective modification of the stump; in fact, gap 1 is only 3-4 mm.

The back wall is secured with two bolts.

We fasten the back wall with two bolts, since gluing requires more precision processing and fit. After we have screwed on the future back wall, we trace the outline with a pencil and cut out the desired outline with a dimmer, it turns out poorly, but quickly.

We glue the remains of the rear top cover to the body.

We glue the remains of the rear top cover with superglue, or with dichloroethane - it also grips the plastic well, it’s a matter of taste. In any case, there is enough surface area for an adhesive hook.

Assembled version, ready for use.

To attach the plastic case to the iron base, three factory mounting bolts are sufficient. We install the second set of rubber feet as close to the rear corners as possible, this makes it more stable.

Electronics.

This point of improvement is optional, although the implementation of this point saved several times from trips to the point. Whether to do it or not is everyone’s personal choice. The essence of the modification is to block the head and paper sensor of the control printer. Now, even if a competent user decides to upload settings from another CFM that has a control printer enabled, this will not lead to damage to the device.

Modified system board.

As you can see, the entire modification involves two wires, that is, the process itself will not take much time.

  • Thermal head opening sensor - pin 8 of connector XS2 is connected to ground
  • Paper sensor – pin 6 of connector XS2 is connected to ground.

Improvement of the XS2 connector for operation without a printer. Pins 6 and 8 are connected to ground.

The actual revision process is complete.
Conclusion. It should be noted against the backdrop of the decline in demand for CFMs based on Shtrikh-FR-K, the “stump” modification is still popular, even despite the clumsiness of the modifications. This is most likely due to the low price, Barcode exchange protocol and the incredible reliability of the Citizen printer.

The ASPD Shtrikh stump can fit even in the smallest workplace.
