Introduction

1C programs are universal solutions for storing important data and processing them. Directories, journals and documents are just shells for convenient handling of data and communication between them. Often there is a need to unload this data from 1C. The goals can be very different - unloading for exchange with other 1C programs, unloading for a bank, unloading data into files of various formats, etc.

In this article, we will consider the main features of unloading data from 1C 8.3 Accounting and the problems that may arise in this case.

Unloading data from 1C to Excel, Word, PDF, MXL files and others

To upload data from 1C to files of various formats, you need to do the following.

Open the document to be uploaded. It can be bank orders, receipt documents (their printed forms), reports, magazines, balance sheets and much more.

For example, consider the balance sheet. Having opened it, click the floppy disk icon in the upper right part of the program.

ATTENTION: If the floppy disk icon is not available, try clicking in any field of the report. This is necessary to make the report "active".

After clicking, the following window will open:

In it, you can select the location of the file, enter its name and select the format. Most commonly used: docx (Word), xlsx (Excel), pdf (PDF), txt, mxl and others.

In this example, we will choose Excel format 2007 and save the file in the folder.

This is how the balance sheet was preserved:

As you can see, reports are saved in a rather convenient and accessible form with preservation of all data and formatting.

Thus, having unloaded the necessary data from 1C, they can be moved separately from the base. For example, you can send by email. e-mail to a colleague (instead of transferring the entire database), you can save them before changing the data of the program itself, or simply print.

Uploading lists from 1C to Excel, Word, PDF, MXL files and others

Sometimes it becomes necessary to unload the list of documents, but not the document itself, while in the list view mode the floppy disk icon is not available. In order to unload the data of such a structure, you must first present the list in tabular form, after which it can already be saved.

As an example, consider a list of payment orders. To unload it, turn to the menu More - Display the list:

In the window that opens, you can specify the fields that will be presented in the list:

We will leave everything unchanged, click OK. As a result, the list is presented in the form of a table. Now it will not be difficult for us to unload it in the same way as we unloaded the document earlier. Click on the floppy disk, select the location, name and format, and save the file:

Uploading data from 1C 8.3 Accounting to other programs

To exchange data with other 1C programs, you must enable data synchronization. This can be done in the Administration - Data Synchronization menu.

If the Synchronization checkbox is not active (as in the figure below) - your database is not configured to synchronize with other 1C databases. Unfortunately, consideration of synchronization settings is beyond the scope of this article, so we will limit ourselves to only mentioning this feature.

If there is a synchronization of the 1C database with another database, you will have access to data exchange functionality, which most often works in automatic mode.

If you have any questions about setting up synchronization and data exchange between databases, you can contact our managers who, within the framework of a free consultation, will answer all your questions.

In 1C Accounting there is a very convenient opportunity to exchange documents with banks. This is done by uploading / downloading data. Having indicated the necessary bank documents, you upload them to a file, and then upload it in the banking system, and after processing the documents will be available in the banking system for rechecking and posting.

To unload documents from 1C 8.3 Accounting for sending to the bank, go to the list of documents and click the Send to bank button

After selecting the required period, specify the documents to be uploaded, and then click File for uploading to the bank at the bottom of the screen:

In the window that opens, select the location of the file. After that, you can upload this file to the banking system.

It is no secret that a successful 1C application was developed to help accountants, which allows you to perform multiple operations promptly and as efficiently as possible. However, novice accountants sometimes have to sweat a little to get to grips with all the possibilities this software is fraught with. Of course, having delved into the mechanism for carrying out individual operations, having figured out everything to the smallest subtleties, the accountants not only remain satisfied software, but also notice an increase in the productivity of their work.

One of the pressing problems faced by novice accountants who have no experience with 1C is loading into 1C from an Excel created earlier. Indeed, it is difficult to figure out on your own how to save a document in Excel in 1C, and it is also problematic to navigate how to save from 1C to Excel, in order to subsequently work directly with the spreadsheet editor.

So, in order to eliminate all the problems, you should concentrate and study the instructions, having delved into each step of the proposed algorithm. Of course, beginners should not show their own creativity when performing such manipulations. Only experienced users can afford to perform more complex operations. At first, novice accountants just need to "fill their hand", learn how to perform actions in which it is possible to save data in Excel. Only after that you can expand your knowledge of how to import Excel into the 1C program.

Operations mechanisms

I would also like to note that the mechanism for performing the desired actions may differ depending on which version of the 1C: Accounting program is installed on the computer. In the most latest versions this process is no longer accompanied by any particular problematicity. That is why experienced users recommend monitoring the appearance of updates, and if they are found, be sure to update the program. If the computer is installed newest version Software, then it will be easier to figure out how to upload it to Excel or save it in the program in 1C.

Loading Algorithm

First, decide what exactly you would like to save in 1C. Open the table that you created earlier in Excel, check if it is important for you to load all the data into the program. If you do not need any columns in the spreadsheet document later, since they are of no value, just delete them in advance so as not to overload the 1C: Accounting program. After that, do not forget to re-save the table you edited.

Now you can proceed to direct actions that allow you to upload to 1C from Excel. First open the program itself, find the line "References" on the left side, click on it. Additional subsections will open, among which stop your choice on the line "Nomenclature". Now on the horizontal panel there will be a menu in which find "Nomenclature and prices" by clicking on it, a sub-list will open in which you will find the desired word "Download".

For the import to be successful, it is important to ensure that the downloaded document is saved in the correct format. It is allowed to import documents into 1C: Accounting that you managed to save in Excel format - 2003 or later versions. Also, the document can be saved in mxl and ods format. If you did everything beforehand exactly like this, then you can import.

It is easy to understand how to save in Excel in 1C by clicking on the "Load" button. The usual loading window will appear on the screen. It remains only to indicate the path where the document that you want to download is located. After the import into 1C from Excel is completed, please note that in the program it will be exactly the same as it was in the spreadsheet editor.

This completes the import, but your actions continue, especially if you have not previously edited the table, so there are extra rows and columns in it. Above the columns you will find such a proposal as "Specify the requisite", clicking on it, you will need to select one of the options offered in the list. After you have successfully worked with each column, review the lines. If you find something extra, feel free to delete it.

To perform such manipulations, select a line, and then click on the "Delete line" button.

Studying the instructions on how to unload in 1C from an existing Excel, you will easily find tips regarding the fact that after editing the table, you need to fill in the missing data. If you do such manipulations with scrupulousness, it will be easier to work with the program later. Similarly, it will be easier to search.

This completes the import of the spreadsheet editor into the 1C: Accounting program. If you strictly follow the instructions on how to unload from Excel in 1C, but something goes wrong, make sure that the program itself is accompanied by the latest version.

Upload Algorithm

So, having thoroughly figured out how to load documents created earlier in Excel into 1C, you can now delve into how to save a document from 1C to Excel. Some accountants also often face this need. Fortunately, in new versions of the program, this feature is not only available, but the performance of such tasks is already accompanied by noticeable reliefs.

First of all, the uploaded document can be used as a price list that can be sent to partners and suppliers. To "force" the file to be unloaded, first you should follow the already familiar route, opening first "Nomenclature", then "Nomenclature and prices", and finally, this time the line "Unload". After that, a window will appear in which you will need to specify the columns that you would like to see later in Excel.

It is also possible to add additional columns, on the upper horizontal panel for solving such intermediate tasks there are buttons "Add" and "Remove". After you have made sure that all the necessary data are involved, marked, you should click the "Upload" button, specify the path where you want to save such a file and just wait for the completion of the process carried out by the program itself.

You will not have to wait long, since the operation is carried out quickly enough.

When the program announces the completion of the process, you just need to open the uploaded file and make sure that it contains everything that will be needed for further work. Experienced accountants can form the load of not one position, but several at once, calculated not in dozens, but in hundreds. Thanks to such actions, time is significantly saved, which is welcomed by those who previously had to spend an enormous amount of time to complete such tasks.

So, the process of unloading and loading Excel documents into 1C: Accounting was previously accompanied by increased problematicity. At the moment, having updated the program to the most current version and having studied useful recommendations, any accountant can cope with such tasks.

For example, let's form Balance sheet (Reports - Standard - Balance Sheet).

Specify the folder - where to save the document, set the file name and select File typeExcel sheet (* .xls) or Excel2007-… sheet (*. Xlsx)- This different versions Excel programs... You can save in both formats and see which one suits you best. Also, when saving, other file formats are available. Push the button Save .

In our example, we selected the folder Documents from 1C and set the file name - OSV in 9 months... For example, we save in different Excel formats.

After saving, the documents will be located in the specified folder.

Both files will open, since more early versions documents are supported by later versions of programs.

How to save a document in Excel in 1C

Let's consider saving on the example of a document Payment order ... Let's form its printable and among the buttons on the toolbar we see the button with a floppy disk.

When you click, a window for saving the document opens, where we indicate the folder - where to save and select the desired format. In our case, this is - Sheet Microsoft Excel ... Check the box and press the button Ready... The document is saved in a folder.

Unloading tables from 1C to Excel

Sometimes it becomes necessary to form a list from data tabular sections document journals, reference books, etc. In this case, you can set the selection of the necessary elements (date, name of the counterparty). Let's look at an example.

We want to list Payment orders for the payment of taxes and contributions for the period.

To select documents, you can select them by holding the button Ctrl or Shift as well as using a group of lines to select. Then press the button More and choose a team List .

In the window that opens, we configure which columns we need to display and select - display in Spreadsheet document ... If we have selected a group of lines in the list, then check the box - display Selected only ... Push OK and the list is ready.

It looks like this.

The resulting report can be saved in any format, including Excel - * .xls... To do this (as described above), select the command Save(or Save as ) on the menu File and set the parameters.

These actions can be performed with any lists of the 1C program.

When working with large lists, for example, a reference Nomenclature , you can set additional filtering and grouping, set the data sorting order.

Therefore, before forming any list, you should pay attention to the command List customization in the button More .

How to save table cell data from 1C to Excel

Sometimes it becomes necessary to copy a piece of data from a report or document. This can be done by simple copying. To do this, select some of the required cells and click right click select the command of the mouse Copy(or Ctrl + C).

By going to the program Excel using the command Insert, add the copied fragment to the table. This method works with all data in 1C, both in generated tables and with form cells - in reference books, magazines, documents.

Configuration: 1c accounting

Configuration version: 3.0.44.177

Date of publication: 20.01.2017

In the 1C: Accounting program, it became possible to routinely download and upload data from Excel spreadsheet documents, without the use of third-party processing and configuration changes. Loading and unloading is so easy that experienced users will quickly fall in love with this convenient mechanism, and new users will quickly master it.

Download from Excel 1C: Accounting 8.3 ed. 3.0

For example, we have this spreadsheet document Excel to download the list of items and prices (retail and purchasing).

Come in.

At the top, click Nomenclature and Prices - Download... This is where loading and unloading from spreadsheet documents is hidden.

The download supports xls (old Excel 97-2003 format) and xlsx (new format), as well as mxl and ods formats. Now we select our file with the nomenclature and wait for the download.

The spreadsheet document has been loaded in the form as we saw it in Excel, now we will assign the columns and delete the excess.

Click on Specify the requisite and select the desired item from the list.

Select the line that contains unnecessary entries, namely the table header and click Delete line.

Now remove the purchase price column, note that processing is able to fill in only 1n type of price for 1n time !!! Then you can do this operation again and download the 2nd type of price, for the 1st download, Retail for the 2nd purchase.

Fill in the blank data, Price type, Set prices for. The buttons All, Found, New, Duplicates will greatly facilitate the search and help to match the item. Fill in and click Download after which the data will be loaded into 1C: Accounting.

New items appeared in the item list, filled and with assigned prices. If you need to load another type of price, do all the points again, but select the column with a different price, 1C itself will find already created positions and will not try to duplicate them, but will simply add the new kind prices.

As you can see, the download created 2 item pricing documents, for the Purchase price and for the Retail price. The difference between this processing is Downloading from Excel to 1C: Accounting 8.3, is that this is a regular processing and it works without failures and taking into account all the features of filling out the document.

Export to Excel from 1C: Accounting 8.3 ed. 3.0

Very useful function in the version 3.0.44.177 and higher is the export to Excel from 1C: Accounting 8.3, this processing will help you create a price list of the company or transfer your list of items to suppliers or buyers immediately with prices.

All in the same directory Nomenclature - Nomenclature and Prices - Upload.

In point Loudspeakers, select those columns that need to be built in Excel document. Selection serves for the selection of items by Groups, properties, names ... and so on.

For uploading to excel, we will add a new column, namely the VAT rate, it seems not really necessary, but we are practicing.

Quite often, users need to save data from 1C 8.3 to a file, for example, pdf, Word, Excel and other formats. For example, send by e-mail another person report, make calculations in Excel. Unfortunately, not all users know that it is very easy to unload such data from 1C on their own without outside help.

It is not uncommon to create a need to unload a list of any data from the tabular section of a document, list form, document journal, etc. Such tasks are often isolated, and it is inappropriate to involve a specialist to write a report.

For example, you need to get the entire item with the "Materials" view and only the "Nomenclature" and "Unit" columns are needed.

In the case when it is necessary to unload data with its filtering, first of all, you need to configure the list in the "More" menu of the tabular section.

In the window that appears from the left side (available fields), you must select those by which you will make a selection (in this case, "Type of nomenclature"). The selection parameters are set in the right part of the window. In this case, the type of comparison is not limited to only one equality.

After the item has been set, only those items that match the specified condition will be displayed in the list form of the "Nomenclature" reference book.

The next step is to output of this list into a spreadsheet document.

From the More menu, select Display List.

If you do not need to display all the columns, as in our example, then check the boxes only on those that are necessary.

As a result, you get, in fact, a report that we can save in any available format. How to do this will be discussed below. Similarly, you can unload tabular sections of documents and directories, data from document journals, list forms and more.

Unloading reports and printed forms from 1C

Any report, printable, spreadsheet document (for example, which we received in our example) in 1C 8.3 can be uploaded to an external file in two clicks.

On the top panel of the program there is a button for saving to an external file (interface "Taxi"). It will be active on any reports and printable forms where saving is available.

Unloading the entire 1C database

This method is necessary in cases where the 1C database needs to be unloaded entirely, for example, to create a test copy.

Go to the desired information base in the configurator mode.

In the "Administration" menu, select the "Unload infobase" item.

Specify a different file name and save path, if necessary.

The resulting dumped data file with the * .dt extension is very easy to load in the future. To do this, in the Configurator mode, in the Administration menu, select the Load infobase item and open the * .dt file obtained earlier.
