The multifunctional shared service center (MF SSC) of Greenatom CJSC was created in 2009 as part of the Information Technology Transformation Program (CT IT) of the Rosatom State Corporation. As a result, Rosatom enterprises receive high-quality accounting, tax and personnel records, personnel management and IT support at a lower cost.

Greenatom’s main priority in its work is the quality of the services provided. Target values for quality indicators - deadlines for completing requests, level of availability of IT services, percentage of deviations - are taken from the best global practices and compliance with them is strictly observed and monitored. According to survey results, 85% of clients are satisfied with the quality of the company’s services.

The effects of creating a MF SSC for the Rosatom State Corporation are already noticeable today. Savings in the industry due to the transfer of supporting functions to Greenatom today amount to 2.4 billion rubles. Productivity in the accounting function and IT support increased by 22% on average across the industry. And productivity growth in the “Human Resources Management” function amounted to 4.6% (target - 21%).

The creation of the Greenatom General Service Center is an ambitious and unique project for Russia. This is largely due to the complex corporate landscape in which it is implemented: enterprises in the industry conduct business in more than 15 directions, and each of them has its own specifics, its own reporting and accounting systems, and security requirements. The transfer to the SSC is preceded by several related projects, during which business processes are brought into conformity with a single template and automated using corporate IT solutions.
