In accordance with paragraph 5 of Regulation No. 1342, the company can transfer the subscriber's data to other persons only with the written consent of the subscriber.

Communication should be carried out around the clock, the provider should promptly eliminate faults that impede the use of the Internet and the telephone.

Violation of these requirements (the full list of obligations is enshrined in paragraph 24 of the Rules) gives citizens the right to write a claim to Beeline.

Terms of consideration of a complaint

As stated in Federal Law No. 126, the company undertakes to consider the essence of claims against Beeline within a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration of the appeal. The registration itself takes three days. Moreover, if the registration date falls before weekends, public holidays, the registration date is considered the first working date after them.

If the addressee did not give an official response within the specified time period, this is a violation and gives rise to further appeal to Rosreestr, OZPP, the prosecutor's office or the court.
