I must say right away that there is no catalog or list of devices that are gadgets. There are also no standards for gadgets. In general, manufacturers of gadgets are trying "with all their might," as they say, "who is good at what."

There are quite a few Chinese tablets with a built-in 3G modem and a SIM card slot. Therefore, it is hardly worth hoping to find a tablet with 3G that is good in all respects, but there are two solutions that replace the built-in 3G in the tablet:
1. Most tablets support external USB modem. At the same time, you don't even need to configure something: after connecting the modem, the tablet goes online by itself. It is only important that your modem is included in the list of supported ones. The most standard modems that all support are Huawei E1550, E1750. To connect the modem, you may need an OTG cable, which may not be included in the tablet package.
2. All smartphones on Android (and iPhone too) can work in hotspot mode. In this case, the phone becomes wi-fi router... Setting up this mode in your phone is very simple.

USB and OTG

All tablets have a USB port for connecting to a computer, almost all have an OTG mode (connecting USB devices to a tablet).
