Rules for charging subscription fees and providing services

The subscription fee for the tariff plan is charged in full when the tariff plan is activated, then - one month after the previous write-off, provided that the balance is sufficient.

When connecting additional options available on this tariff plan, the subscription fee for the corresponding service is debited at the moment of its activation, and starting from the next billing period it is added to the subscription fee for the tariff plan until the moment the corresponding service is disconnected.

If at the time of debiting the monthly subscription fee there are not enough funds on the account, then until the account is replenished and the fee is debited, Internet access is suspended and the basic conditions of the tariff apply:

1.95 RUB / min for calls to all numbers in the home region;
1.95 RUB / min for calls to other numbers in Russia;
1.95 RUB for SMS to the numbers of the home region;
1.95 RUB for SMS to other numbers in Russia;
if you do not pay when traveling in Russia, special conditions apply.

Outgoing SMS to mobile numbers in Russia are consumed from the SMS package included in the monthly fee. Sending SMS to other numbers is charged according to the basic terms of the tariff. When sending an SMS containing more than 70 characters in Cyrillic or 160 in Latin, the message is split into parts, with each part being charged as a separate SMS message.

In case of charging the subscription fee for the tariff plan, the minute of the forwarded call is charged as follows:

to numbers in the home region - 1.95 rubles,

to other numbers in Russia - 1.95 rubles.

If the subscription fee is not charged, the minute of the forwarded call is charged at the base cost of the outgoing call to the corresponding direction per minute.

Tariffication is per minute. Calls up to 3 seconds are free of charge.

Mobile Internet

Traffic is rounded up with an accuracy of 150 KB.

The tariff plan provides unlimited Internet access in terms of traffic volume.

The tariff plan is designed for phones and tablets. The tariff is limited to the provision of services of file-sharing networks (torrents). When the Subscriber creates a significant load on the network, the speed of the mobile Internet cannot be guaranteed.

When in the territory of the Taimyr MR and the city of Norilsk, the speed is not more than 128 Kbit / s.

Distribution of traffic via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB is not available on the tariff plan.

Traveling in Russia

When traveling in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, special conditions apply.

If you do not use a SIM card

If the subscriber fails to perform actions that entail debiting funds for services rendered for 120 consecutive days, without a break interrupting the specified period, and if funds are not credited to the subscriber's personal account within a specified period (inactive mode), the subscriber starts from the subscriber's personal account. a daily subscription fee of 3 rubles, including VAT, will be charged off.

The subscription fee is debited from the next day after reaching zero balance on the subscriber's personal account or crediting funds to the subscriber's personal account.

If the balance of the subscriber's personal account is equal to or below zero within 180 (one hundred and eighty) consecutive calendar days, the contract for the provision of communication services is considered terminated at the initiative of the subscriber.

Other conditions

On October 1, 2018, the mobile operator Tele2 launched a new tariff plan with unlimited Internet called " My Unlimited».

Less than two weeks after the seventh edition of "Battle of the Operators"(mini-show aired on the "Portal Tekhnologicus" channel on YouTube), and changes have already appeared. MTS canceled the limit of 500 MB per day at the maximum speed when traveling in Russia, and Tele2 still launched a new tariff plan.

Tariff parameters

I will consider "My unlimited" using the example of Moscow and the region, the link to the description of the tariff for your region is just below.

• The subscription fee is 500 rubles per month. And this is pretty good, since earlier on Tele2 unlimited mobile Internet could be connected for as much as 900 rubles a month (this is the subscription fee for the “My Online +” tariff and the “A lot of Internet” option for Moscow and the region).
• Calls to Tele2 are unlimited and do not consume a package of minutes. A package of minutes for calls to any other numbers in Russia is 500 units.
• SMS package - 50 units to any numbers in Russia.
• Outgoing calls after the end of the package of minutes: on Tele2 - free of charge, to numbers of other operators in any regions of Russia - 1.5 rubles per minute.
• SMS after the end of the SMS package: 1.5 rubles - to numbers in the home region and 2.5 rubles - to numbers in other regions of Russia.

Additional Information:

• There are no unlimited messengers and social networks. But are they needed with unlimited Internet? Unlikely.
• When you connect, there is a special offer - "The first two weeks are free". For the first month you pay only half of the subscription fee.

• Torrents do not work on this tariff plan.
• When traveling in Russia, the Internet is unlimited, but when you are in the territory of the Taimyr municipal district and the city of Norilsk, the speed is limited to 128 Kbps. In Crimea and Sevastopol, there are "special conditions": each MB of mobile Internet - 3 rubles.
• Distribution of unlimited mobile Internet via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB is not available.

Personal opinion

Tele2 could not offer anything new. But on the market there is Megafon with the distribution of the Internet, and MTS with Beeline, for which unlimited travels around Russia. What's good about the Tele2 tariff is the price. For Moscow and the region, "My Unlimited" is the cheapest option for getting unlimited mobile Internet from the Big Four operators.

If you do not need to distribute mobile Internet and you have a good Internet speed from Tele2, then the tariff is quite suitable.

Basic package composition

For a monthly fee, a subscriber who has connected the “My Unlimited” tariff plan can use Internet access from a smartphone or tablet without restrictions. He will also have access to:

1. Unlimited calls to the Tele2 Russia number, and the package of minutes is not spent on them.
2. Unlimited and free incoming calls.
3. 500 minutes to phones of other Russian operators;

When traveling in Russia, you can use communication services without additional costs. Important! A SIM card connected under the “My Unlimited” tariff is not allowed to be used to distribute the Internet via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. It is also prohibited to use it in modems or to download files from torrent trackers. Additional services

If the package of 500 minutes for calls ends, then calls to numbers of other operators will cost 1.5 rubles per minute. You can also connect an additional package of 50 minutes for 50 rubles.

At the end of the SMS package, for each message to the numbers in the home region, you will have to pay 1.5 rubles, and for phones connected in other regions - 2.5 rubles. International calls are not included in the basic package included in the subscription fee for the My Unlimited tariff.
