To make this (however, as well as to the acquisition of all the other nightlights that I have at home) my child purchases me, or rather, his stubborn unwillingness to fall asleep with the lights off. She was already pretty fed up with all the nightlights and table lamps that dispersed the darkness in her daughter's room and I had to once again look for something new and interesting. This time my choice turned out to be just over budget - the purchase took a little more than $ 3, which in itself cannot but rejoice.

Why a light bulb and not a full-fledged night light? To be honest, I don't even know. At the time of purchase, it seemed to me that the light bulb would quite cope with this simple task. Looking ahead a little, I can say that this is how it turned out, however, I don’t know how long it will last and how soon it will no longer meet the needs of my daughter. Lot was chosen the cheapest. As it turned out, the power consumption of the light bulb is not uniform, but directly depends on what color the diode glows. The minimum is 0.8 W on red (its shades), the maximum is about 2.6 W (on white). On average, it doesn’t turn out much, so you can safely use it as a night light. For greater clarity, I shot a short video that shows the consumption of electricity, as well as the colors that the light bulb shines with. At the end of the video, manual modes of operation are visible - a smooth change in the color of the diode glow.

Of the minuses, one can single out the lack of a smooth switching of colors in automatic mode (the most beautiful version of the glow), as well as the fact that after the power is supplied, the light bulb immediately lights up.
